Zhejiang Engineering Research Center of High-Performance Industrial Pump and Vacuum Equipment was established in 2018 with the approval of Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission.

The center houses more than 40 researchers, including 10 professors and professor engineers, 15 associate professors and senior engineers, and 22 doctoral degree holders. The center has built industrial process pump performance test bench, screw vacuum pump (unit) performance research laboratory, vacuum system full working condition process simulation laboratory, and other experimental platforms to carry out industrial pumps, vacuum equipment and integrated systems, high-end hydraulic parts, intelligent fluid equipment and other key technology development and transformation of achievements. It provides advanced technology, process equipment innovation, testing and technical consulting services for the related industries.

In recent years, members of this center have undertaken more than 20 national and provincial scientific research projects, more than 100 enterprise projects, developed more than 50 products, industrialized value exceeded more than 1 billion Yuan RMB, won 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, and 4 third prizes for provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievements, and presided over 5 industry standards and national standards.
