On September 22, 2021, a video signing ceremony for the cooperation between Taizhou Universityand Voronezh State Technical University of Russia is held.President of Taizhou University Chen Guangting,president of Voronezh State Technical University Proskurin Dmitry Konstantinovich,and president of Eurasian International Association Feng Yaowu attend the ceremony. The ceremony is presided over by vice president of Taizhou UniversityLi Junmin.
