On the morning of June 8, Chen Miaomiao's induction ceremony was held in Zhejiang Hengshen Technology Co., Ltd. Jin Xianlong, Vice Secretary of the CPC Committee of Taizhou University, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Lyu Hangbin, director of labor and employment service center of Taizhou Disabled Persons' Federation, presided over the ceremony. Leaders of Taizhou Municipal CYL Committee, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Taxation Bureau, Jiaojiang District CYL Committee, Women's Federation, CPPCC, and relevant departments of TU such as Student Affairs Department and School of Business attended the induction ceremony.

In his speech, Jin Xianlong expressed his heartfelt thanks to all relevant departments, Hengshen Technology and all those who have always cared about and helped Chen Miaomiao. He highly affirmed Chen Miaomiao's strong and tenacious learning spirit, hoping that she could adapt to the new working environment as soon as possible and continue to carry forward in her work the spirit of wasteland reclamation, i.e., loyalty, dedication, enterprise and cooperation.
After signing the employment agreement, Chen Miaomiao sincerely thanked the school, relevant departments of Taizhou City and Jiaojiang District and the public for their help and support. Growing up in the warmth of the society, she is grateful and looks forward to making contributions to the company and the society with solid actions.
Chen Miaomiao, student of Financial Management Class 3, 2018，suffered from high paraplegia due to illness in her childhood. Driven by her desire for knowledge, she studied on her stomach from primary school to high school with amazing perseverance. After entering the university, she studied hard, worked tenaciously and achieved excellent results. She actively participated in various competitions and voluntary activities, and successively won more than 30 awards and honors, such as the "National Star of College Students' Self-improvement" and the first prize of National College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. In 2021, she also won the special national scholarship award for colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province, the first prize and the best defense award in the Career Planning Competition for College Students in Zhejiang Province, and achieved historic breakthroughs in Taizhou University for many times.
