Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Conference was held in the Great Hall of the People. Taizhou University and its affiliated hospital have achieved the best result over the years by winning one second prize and five third prizes of the Provincial Science and Technology Award as the host unit and one first prize as the participating unit. This great achievement places TU among the top universities of the same kind in the province.

In recent years, TU has deeply promoted the integration of government, industry, university and research, actively served the high-quality development of regional economy and society, and achieved continuous breakthroughs in the field of scientific and technological innovation. In 2020, TU won one second prize and one third prize of the Provincial Science and Technology Award, and in 2021, TU won one second prize and two third prizes, and the award-winning achievements cover intelligent manufacturing, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, life and health, ecological and environmental protection.
