In order to help students broaden their job-hunting horizons and strive to achieve high-quality employment, Taizhou University has carried out summer high-quality employment ability training for students who have the intention to take recruitment examinations of teachers and civil servants. From June 25 to June 28, the Students’ Affairs Department (Employment Service Center) and Xiangshan Education carried out a four-day training on teacher recruitment examination for 108 students on Linhai campus; and from June 28 to July 28, Lianhe Lixing Education launched the the training class for around 30 students preparing for civil servant examination.
The training on teacher recruitment examination mainly includes pedagogy, psychology, educational laws and regulations, professional ethics and educational current affairs. Mr. Sun of Xiangshan Education explained the key contents of teachers' examination preparation for the students. By analyzing the real test questions and examples and elaborating on the key and difficult points of the teacher recruitment examination, Mr Sun made his class interesting and informative. His careful analysis also helped students better understand how to prepare for this examination.
In the training class on civil servant examination, the teacher explained in detail according to the classification of the basic question types of the written test for civil servants, helped students master the proposition rules and gradually improved the thinking mode of students in combination with the characteristics of different question types. For the key and difficult problems, the lecturer extended the knowledge, combined with the classical examples, analyzed the error prone points, guided the students' thinking step by step, and made them better absorb the relevant answer skills and methods.
This summer high-quality employment training course provides students with a large number of learning materials and exercises. Through scientific methods, it helps students prepare for the recruitment examinations of teachers and civil servants, and lays a solid foundation for improving the high-quality employment of Taizhou University.
