First, implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people, and integrate employment education into the whole process of talent training. Second, focus on the needs of economic and social development, and effectively realize the linkage between employment and education. Third, give full play to the role of the educational institution, and build a support system for employment education with the participation of all college staff.

At the conference, China Association of Higher Education launched the "co-productive operation" with education as the core. The operation is aimed at continuously and deeply promoting the opening and cooperation between schools and enterprises, and proposes that universities and employment institutions participate in the "co-productive operation".
