TU students made more success in the National College Students' Life Science Competition (2022, scientific inquiry)

On August 24, the final of the National College Students' Life Science Competition (2022, scientific inquiry) was successfully ended in Anhui Agricultural University. After fierce competition, TU teams won 1 first prize, 2 second prizes and 5 third prizes. Taizhou University also won the "Excellent Organization Award" in the competition.

Since the online registration of the competition was launched on July 1, 2021, 8614 teams from 528 colleges and universities in 31 provinces and municipalities (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) have signed up to participate. After online review and provincial finals, a total of 508 projects were selected to participate in the national finals. The final adopts the form of online defense, which consists of video reporting, online defense, and judges' on-site scoring.

TU teams shortlisted into the national finals have made great success. After fierce competition, the team of Wei Yuanyuan (instructors: Wang Xuming, Hu Qiongying) won the first prize. The team of Zeng Yan (instructor: Wei Dongmei) and the team of Li Yali (instructor: Shu Liangzuo) won the second prize. The team of Jiang Wenjie (instructors: Zhang Xiaobin, Liang Renjie), the team of Feng Junwu (instructor: Chu Wenhui) , the team of Tang Ziyi (instructors: Zhang Huijuan, Jiang Ming), and the team of Wang Wei (instructors: Wang Xiaoyan, Wang Xue), and the team of Yang Jiali (instructors: Li Yueling, Bian Caimiao) won the third prize.

Known as the most influential national college students' discipline competition in the field of life science, the National College Students' Life Science Competition, including the category of scientific inquiry and the category of innovation and entrepreneurship, aims to cultivate college students' innovation awareness, team spirit and practical ability.
