On the evening of October 13, the Student Affairs Department (Employment Service Center) of Taizhou University held the first session of "Directors Talk about the Workplace" in Jiaojiang Campus. Lin Yanchun, HR Director of the listed company ERA Co., Ltd., was invited to have a face-to-face exchange with students. Ma Bin, Deputy Head of Student Affairs Department, Bai Yuhong, full-time secretary general of Taizhou Human Resources Association, Chen Lulu and Xu Xiujie, alumni and employees of ERA Co., Ltd., and more than 30 graduates attended the event, which was hosted by Li Jieping.

Focusing on the company's strategic goal of building a century old enterprise, Lin Yanchun pointed out three major considerations for the company's recruitment of talents: first, to have correct values, that is, to become "the creator of a happy life"; second, to have the business ability that meets the company's requirements, that is, the candidate's own hard strength is strong enough to accept and affirm the enterprise; third, to have certain language expression ability, and be able to show yourself calmly. Then Director Lin introduced the talent training mode of ERA Co., Ltd. and shared some efficient learning skills.

Chen Lulu shared her experience in applying for a job and pointed out some issues that applicants should take into consideration. Xu Xiujie introduced to the students the existing positions of ERA Co., Ltd., the corresponding application requirements and the way of school recruitment.

During the Q&A session, the students enthusiastically put forward their questions, and the guests answered them one by one.

The activity of "Directors Talk about the Workplace" organized by Student Affairs Department (Employment Service Center) will invite enterprise directors to enter the campus from time to time to meet the graduates so as to build a platform for students' employment.
