TU won its first "Chinese Bridge Delegation Online” project

Recently, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education announced the review results of the "Chinese Bridge Delegation Online 2022. The "Traveling in the City of Mountain, Sea and Water, Visiting the Holy Land of Hehe" chaired by Associate Professor Jin Niya of the School of Humanities of TU was successfully approved. This is the first time that TU has been approved for this kind of project.

The project aims to lead overseas friends to Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, a city of mountain, sea and water and a holy land of Hehe, to show them the cities and villages along the southeast coast of China, and to experience the changes of China's urban and rural areas in the streets and paths. Take them to explore the road of Tang poetry in eastern Zhejiang, and appreciate the beauty of Chinese poetry in the landscape. Tell them myths and legends, folk stories, and understand local history and guide them to visit tea gardens and orchards to learn about local people's food culture and folk customs. With the real experience of the cultural street full of fresh fragrance and vitality, overseas friends will be guided to know and understand the basic connotation of "Hehe Culture" - harmony, openness and tolerance.

The successful approval of this project is a recognition of TU's adherence to open education and deepening international exchanges. It is of great significance to promote our international Chinese education and the overseas dissemination of Chinese culture. It will help TU broaden the channels of international exchange and cooperation, and enhance its international popularity and influence.
