In order to further study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of CPC，on November 19, the International College organized more than 40 foreign teachers and students to visit Zhejiang Mingfeng Industry Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery Co., Ltd. to carry out social investigation, to walk into Guoqing Temple, the birthplace of Chinese Buddhism Tiantai Sect, to feel the Chinese traditional culture, and to watch the Chinese patriotic film Home Coming to feel the Chinese spirit that Chinese people put collective interests first. Wang Aiqin, deputy head of the International College, Bai Yuhong, full-time deputy secretary-general of Taizhou Human Resources Service Association, Ma Bin, deputy head of Students Affairs Department, and staff of the International College participated in the activity.
The delegation first visited Zhejiang Mingfeng Industry Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise, a well-known business in Zhejiang Province, and the first drafting unit of the domestic automobile hood industry standard. Shen Mao, Vice Chairman of Mingfeng, said that it is a good thing for international young talents to gather in Taizhou. He hoped that this field trip could help students establish a good outlook on career selection and employment, clarify their learning goals, and lay a solid foundation for future personal development.
At the second stop, the delegation came to Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery Co., Ltd. The overseas students not only felt the dynamic development of Yinlun, but also had a better understanding of the company's long history and outstanding development achievements.
Guoqing Temple is one of the famous temples in China. It has a history of more than 1400 years. Many eminent monks at home and abroad once stayed here to lecture. OCHILOV AKLKHUJA, a senior student in tourism management, said that even though he had been here once before, he was still deeply attracted by the profound culture in Guoqing Temple. He pointed out that understanding Chinese religious culture has played a very important role in his further perception of China.
The delegation then came to the cinema and watched the Chinese patriotic film "Home Coming". The ups and downs of the story and the immersive sound effect atmosphere attracted foreign teachers and students who laughed and applauded from time to time.
Wang Aiqin said that it was only a few decades since China emerged from the era of war. It was the predecessors who were not afraid of bloodshed and sacrifice that led to the happy life of our generation. She hoped that the foreign students will cherish the hard-won peaceful life, cherish every minute of studying in China, study hard, and contribute to the development and peace of the world in the future.
The successful social investigation activity is a useful attempt to guide foreign teachers and students to learn the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress.
