On the evening of November 23, the "Sound of Mountains and Seas - Special Concert of Chinese and Foreign Classical Vocal Works" of Taizhou City's famous artists (troupes) performance project was held in the Concert Hall of the School of Art and Design. The lead singer of the concert was Dr. Zhao Ziyuan, a low baritone, and Dr. Du Xiaoshuang, a soprano of the School of Art and Design. The concert was hosted by Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Broadcasting, Tourism and Sports, and co-sponsored by the School of Art and Design of Taizhou University and Taizhou Music Festival Association. The attendees include Chen Bo, Deputy Director of Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Broadcasting, Tourism and Sports and Chairman of the Municipal Musicians Association, Zhao Xiaoming, member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of Taizhou University, Li Weiming, member of the CPC Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Taizhou University, Zhang Hui, Director of the Administrative Committee of Linhai Campus, and Jin Song, member of the CPC Committee and head of the Publicity Department.

The concert kicked off in the Italian song "La calunnia". During the whole concert, Dr. Zhao Ziyuan and Dr. Du Xiaoshuang performed with tacit understanding and deep feelings. The beautiful singing voice and melody elicited bursts of applause from time to time. The concert ended with the singing of "Charming Taizhou".
