TU organized cooking skill competition

On November 28, the "Gold Chef" cooking skill competition of Taizhou University organized by the labor union of the Logistics and Infrastructure Division, was held in Jiaojiang Campus.

In this competition, five canteens of the two campuses presented five cooking art exhibition stands to showcase the charm of Chinese cooking, which has conquered every teacher and student who visited the site.

In the following cooking competition, six chefs of the canteens cooked the traditional dishes of the college canteens, such as shredded pork with green pepper and sweet and sour pork chops.

After the representatives of teachers and students on the scene comprehensively evaluated the color, aroma and taste of each dish, Yin Zongbo of Kangnuo Restaurant in Jiaojiang Campus finally won the first prize in the cooking competition and the title of "Gold Chef". Yao Xiangrong from Canteen 2 in Linhai Campus (Shaoxing Wenyuan), and Zhang Peng from Canteen 1 in Linhai Campus (Haowei Garden), won the second prize; Xue Zhenhua, Hu Yanle and Zhong Jinfa won the third prize. Canteen 2 in Linhai Campus (Shaoxing Wenyuan) won the first prize of fancy plate display, the Benben Bear Restaurant in Jiaojiang Campus won the second prize of fancy plate display, and Jiaojiang Haoweiyuan Restaurant won the third prize of fancy plate display.

The cooking competition not only demonstrated the catering service level of our canteen, but also encouraged the logistics staff to stand on their posts and form the craftsmanship spirit of dedication, meticulousness and excellence.
