Recently, the fifth Zhejiang University Students’ Rural Revitalization Creative Competition officially ended. TU teams stood out from 4180 teams of 86 universities and won 6 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze medals in the provincial competition, achieving the best record in history. Lin Xinfeng, School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, and Chen Zhen, School of Life Sciences, won the Excellent Instructor Award. TU's golden prize project "Guarding the Taste on the Tongue - Qiandao Agricultural Product Brand Promotion and Research Activity Plan" was invited to participate in the event award ceremony roadshow and was widely praised.

Since the launch of the school competition, School of Entrepreneurship and School of Civil Engineering and Architecture have cooperated closely to carry out high-quality project screening. After being shortlisted for the provincial competition, School of Entrepreneurship effectively promoted the iterative upgrading of our provincial competition projects with practical and efficient actions, and invited senior experts from both inside and outside the province to carry out four rounds of training in the way of combining professional training and roadshow training.

The Zhejiang University Students' Rural Revitalization Creative Competition is a provincial Class A competition, guided by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Provincial Rural Revitalization Bureau, and the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism. As the highest level and the largest scale of the competitions concerning universities’ service of rural revitalization, this competition aims to improve the innovation and practical ability of college students, accelerate the training of design innovation talents, and promote the concept of promoting rural revitalization and development with creativity.
