Cui Fengjun and Le Chuanyong delivered the "First Lecture"

On March 5th and Mar 9th, Cui Fengjun, Secretary of the CPC Committee of Taizhou University, and Le Chuanyong, Vice Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of Taizhou University, delivered the "First Lecture" of the spring semester of 2023 at the International Conference Hall and Student Activity Center respectively. The lectures were hosted by Jin Xianlong, Vice Secretary of the CPC Committee of Taizhou University, and Jin Song, member of the CPC Committee of Taizhou University and head of Publicity Department.

The lectures of Cui Fengjun and Le Chuanyong were divided into the four chapters, i.e., "viewing China's epidemic campaign achievements from Chinese and Western data", "viewing China's economic development from Chinese and Western data", "being confident and making stable progress in 2023", "returning to normal campus life". The lectures fully demonstrated the advantages of the leadership of the CPC and the socialist system.

After three years of the epidemic, returning to normal campus study and life is the most expected thing for students. Cui Fengjun and Le Chuanyong said that the school has always adhered to the concept of "student-centeredness", followed the new "three-step" strategic goal, and made every effort to provide students with high-quality learning conditions and living environment, so as to build a broad platform for students healthy growth and comprehensive development.

At last, the Secretary and the President encouraged the students to work hard, have determination and confidence, take an active attitude, and live up to the expectations of the times and the society.

After listening to the lectures, the students present said that they benefited a lot and felt deeply. The "First Lecture" is one of the important steps to learn and implement Xi Jinpings thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress. It is hoped that the lectures are able to further strengthen the political education of students.
