Special feature on TU’s construction of Silk Road School published in New Taizhou magazine

Recently, New Taizhou magazine, sponsored by the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee, published a special feature titled “Accelerating the Construction of the Silk Road College to Empower High-Quality Development in Taizhou” which focuses on TU’s construction of the Silk Road School.

TU has implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s keynote speech at the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation. It has also carried out the “Action Plan for High-Quality Development of the Belt and Road Silk Road College (2024-2027).” By deepening educational cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, focusing on the new dual-cycle development pattern of domestic and international markets, and centering on Zhejiang’s “No.1 Opening-Up Project,” TU, based on its actual situation, has contributed to the construction of “Overseas Taizhou” by establishing the Yinlun Silk Road School of TU and the China (Taizhou) Digital Trade Silk Road College (currently under preparation).

The university has accumulated strength, improved quality to stimulate vitality, set clear goals, exerted precise efforts, implemented targeted policies with focused strength, and united our efforts for the future. In doing so, the university tells the “Taizhou Story,” “Zhejiang Story,” and “China Story,” build bridges connecting people’s hearts, and contribute to the upgrading of the “Sweet Potato Economy.” These efforts have been featured in special reports by platforms such as XUEXI.cn and Wangchao.
