TU organized the 3rd Session of the Board of Students’ Apartment Management under Zhejiang Association for Campus Management Conference and the Symposium on University Students’ Apartment Management and Services lasting from April 24 to 26. The event gathered key figures including Yang Jianguo (Vice President and Member of the CPC TU Committee), Wang Limin (Secretary-General of the Provincial Association and Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Normal University Committee), Xi Yunchao (Vice Chair of National Association for Campus Management and CEO of Zhejiang University New Century Group), and Xu Tianlei (Committee Chair of Zhejiang Association for Campus Management from Zhejiang University of Technology).
Cen Jianxu, Deputy Director of Zhejiang Association for Campus Management and Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Logistics Service Center of Hangzhou Normal University, and He Yuhuan, Deputy Director of the Logistics Management Office of Ningbo University, respectively presided over the conference.

Embracing New Journeys, Fostering Win-Win Partnerships Through Professionalism
Held under the theme “Embracing New Journeys, Fostering Win-Win Partnerships Through Professionalism,” the conference attracted over 150 delegates from 61 universities, including students’ apartment administration leaders and outstanding practitioners across Zhejiang province.
Yang Jianguo extended warm welcomes while highlighting TU’s commitment to creating “the most student-caring campus” through innovative apartment management measures. He emphasized TU’s dedication to facilitating experience-sharing and collaborative problem-solving to advance apartment service standards of Zhejiang province.

Wang Limin outlined four strategic directives from Zhejiang Association for Campus Management: Strengthen Party leadership in development planning; Maintain educational ethos through cultural cultivation; Optimize services through precise student needs response; Drive innovation via technological adoption.
Xu Tianlei delivered the committee’s 2024 work report and presented 2025 roadmap.

Expert lectures
Technical sessions featured expert lectures from Prof. Zhang Yansong (Shandong University of Science and Technology) on emergency response protocols and Chen Ting (Deputy Director of Taizhou Cyberspace Administration) on internet public opinion management. Six universities including Zhejiang A&F University and Communication University of Zhejiang presented best practice cases.

Award Ceremony
The ceremony honored universities with outstanding campus apartment cultural initiatives, including TU’s award-winning “Four-Heart Service Education Program.” Delegates virtually reviewed apartment innovation showcases and conducted field inspections of the Dachen Island Reclamation Spirit Research Center and campus residential facilities.
This gathering marked a significant step in standardizing university apartment services across Zhejiang province through professional collaboration and technological integration.
