In the professional skills demonstration segment, her creative works had a clear theme and showed proficient technique, fully reflecting a solid fine arts foundation. In the classic fine arts work appreciation, she demonstrated profound humanistic literacy with deep cultural understanding and fluent language expression.

Participating teachers and students from the School of Art and Design
TU has been taking teacher development as the “first engine” for improving education quality. The leadership of the School of Art and Design participated throughout the preparation of the event, providing constructive opinions on key issues such as teaching theme determination, teaching segment design, and integration of ideo-political education. Senior professors and teachers from the Fine Arts Department participated in discussions, sharing their teaching experiences and insights, jointly improving difficulties and problems in teaching, and offering many innovative suggestions. They helped Huang Siyu organize her thoughts and optimize her language expression, enabling her to present her teaching philosophy and design ideas more clearly and vividly.
Meanwhile, Huang Siyu’s own solid professional competence and excellent teaching ability were the key factors for her outstanding performance in the competition. Huang Siyu is a 2021 Zhejiang Provincial Publicities and Culture System “Five One Batch” Youth Talent. She has won national and provincial projects multiple times, and has abundant scientific research and creative awards. In teaching, she has long adhered to a student-centered philosophy, and many of the courses she teaches are widely praised by students. Since preparing for the competition, Huang Siyu meticulously designed the teaching content, closely followed teaching demonstration reforms, skillfully integrated ideological and political education, deeply condensed aesthetic education characteristics, and finally completed the competition with high standards through vivid language expression and calm demonstration.
Huang’s outstanding performance in the competition is not only an affirmation of her personal comprehensive ability but also a reflection of the long-term adherence of the School of Art and Design to aesthetic education infiltration action and the deepening of art education reforms. The School of Art and Design will continue to promote teaching and learning through competitions, further advance the construction of teacher education programs, and contribute to the cultivation of high-quality basic education teachers to inject more “Taizhou University strength” into the development of aesthetic education in the province.
