She highlighted that since its establishment, Wenzhou Alumni Association has fully served as a bridge and bond, achieving significant results in uniting alumni strength, deepening exchange and cooperation, and supporting local development.
She expressed hope that the Association would leverage its advantage as the “core hub” for university-locality collaboration, become a “dynamic platform” for the alumni economy, and build a “strong backing” for giving back to the alma mater, uniting and leading Wenzhou alumni to actively contribute to the development of both the university and the locality.
Furthermore, she welcomed the new students, encouraging them to “know your roots, understand your glory,” “pursue your studies timely, live up to the times,” “cultivate virtue and ability, achieve great things,” and consider that “where you are now is your home.”

Speaking as a senior alumnus, he advised the new students to cherish their time, be courageous in trying new things, and keep their country in mind, assuring them that the Alumni Association would provide resource support and would continue its consistent care and support for the alma mater’s development.
