All six teams recommended by Taizhou University received the “Zhejiang Provincial Outstanding Summer Rural Revitalization Service Team” award according to the 2025 selection results for outstanding summer rural revitalization service teams announced recently by Zhejiang University Alliance for Assisting Rural Revitalization. The honor underscored the university’s active role in serving local development and supporting the national rural revitalization strategy.

The university places great importance on summer rural revitalization work, organizing and deploying resources meticulously to ensure the smooth operation of these service activities. The teams effectively utilized the university’s academic and professional strengths to carry out various services, including bringing healthcare to rural areas, supporting rural industry development and ecological protection, assisting with village planning, empowering communities through red culture, and providing education and companionship for rural children. These efforts contribute significantly to the comprehensive advancement of rural revitalization.

In recent years, responding to the modern iteration of the “Thousand Villages Demonstration, Ten Thousand Villages Improvement” project, the university has fully leveraged its comprehensive advantages in talent cultivation, scientific research, social service, and cultural heritage innovation, deeply integrating itself into the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of the Common Prosperity Demonstration Zone.
