2025 Selection Meeting for “Three Educations” Post Contribution was held on November 18. Ding Yizhi, Deputy Secretary of Taizhou University Party Committee and Chairman of the Workers Union, attended the meeting. Ding Yizhi put forward three hopes and requirements for further deepening the “Three Educations” position-based contribution activities.

First, it is essential to further raise political awareness and deeply recognize the importance of the initiative. All faculty and staff should be guided to internalize the responsibility of educating students in their respective roles, translate this commitment into action, and mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity in practicing teaching, management, and service as forms of education.

Second, a more comprehensive working mechanism must be established to foster a positive atmosphere for the activities. Communication and collaboration among various departments should be strengthened to promote mutual reinforcement and synergy among teaching, management, and service, thereby forming a powerful joint force for full-participation, whole-process, and all-round education. All secondary-level Party organizations, colleges, and departments are encouraged to summarize their experiences in a timely manner, conduct effective publicity and guidance, and cultivate an environment where everyone values and strives to contribute.

Third, further innovation in methods and approaches is needed to continuously advance the activities. New pathways, platforms, and methods should be actively explored. In accordance with the requirements of “having organization, systems, platforms, activities, and outcomes,” the working mechanism should be refined. The “Three Educations” activities should be more closely integrated with professional teaching, research, campus culture, social practice, and logistical management to continuously improve their quality and effectiveness.

Wang Jinbao then reported on the progress of the university’s 2025 “Three Educations” Position Contribution Campaign. He stated that in June, following the spirit of the Zhejiang Provincial Education Workers Union’s “Notice on Deepening the ‘Three Educations’ Position Contribution Campaign,” the university’s Workers Union organized and launched the initiative. With strong support from the leadership of each secondary-level Party and administrative unit and through the joint efforts of the entire university, the concept of the campaign has become more deeply rooted across campus.

During the selection meeting, each applying unit delivered an on-site presentation, showcasing innovative measures and notable achievements in teaching, administrative, and service education. After carefully reviewing the presentations, participants engaged in discussions based on the selection criteria and conducted a secret ballot, ultimately selecting 5 advanced collectives and approving 36 advanced individuals for the university’s “Three Educations” Position Contribution Campaign.
