“Talents in Zhejiang” Taizhou University 2026 Graduate “100-Day Sprint” Campus Recruitment Fair and 2027 Internship Dual Selection Event was held On the afternoon of May 28 at the West Track and Field Sports Ground of Jiaojiang Campus.
The event was co-hosted by TU and Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and organized by the University’s Admissions and Employment Office, the Municipal Employment Service Center, and the Municipal Talent Service Center.
Cheng Minjiang, Deputy Director of Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and Xiang Fengri, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Taizhou University, attended the event.

The job fair brought together 391 high-quality employers, including Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, Jack Technology, Maide Medical, Yuan Corp, Weixing New Materials, Leo Group, Xin Zhi Group, and ASD. These companies cover Taizhou’s leading industries such as high-end manufacturing, biomedicine, automotive parts, and intelligent equipment.
A total of nearly 1,100 positions were offered on-site, with a talent demand exceeding 7,000 people.


Job Fair Scene
The job fair was orderly and vibrant in atmosphere. Graduates, holding their resumes, actively inquired and proactively showcased their professional expertise and internship experiences. Recruitment representatives carefully addressed questions regarding job requirements, salary packages, and career advancement opportunities, while meticulously reviewing resumes and discussing intentions. The supply-demand matchmaking process was efficient and smooth.
The event featured a special “Employment Fueling Station” service area to comprehensively support students in their job search. The AI Employment Empowerment Zone was equipped with multiple smart all-in-one machines, offering digital services such as resume optimization, mock interviews, career exploration, and ID photo shooting and printing.
An online special session was also launched simultaneously, allowing students to browse job listings and submit applications by scanning QR codes, with AI algorithms enabling precise job matching.
Additionally, three consultation zones were set up on-site, covering career planning, employment policies, and military recruitment policies. Senior human resources experts and career mentors provided one-on-one guidance, helping students refine their resumes and clarify career directions. The policy zone focused on interpreting talent introduction, entrepreneurship support, social insurance subsidies, and employment internships. The military recruitment consultation zone elaborated on enlistment conditions, preferential policies, and career development paths, encouraging students to join the military and serve the country.
