The principle of synchrotron radiation X-ray phase contrast imaging and phase recovery algorithm are used to solve the problem that traditional X-ray absorption imaging cannot effectively identify low Z weak absorption substances, and a new technology of micron level three-dimensional, fast, low-dose, non-destructive structure detection is provided for biomedical soft tissue tumors. Further carry out infrared spectroscopy imaging of biomacromolecules and soft X-ray nano CT research to construct a multi-scale multi-mode tumor visualization representation method, and combine machine learning of multi-dimensional data to carry out tumor diagnosis and treatment evaluation research.

Liu Huiqiang, engineering doctor, professor and doctoral supervisor of Shandong University of Technology. He has been engaged in X-ray imaging and biomedical applications for a long time. In 2012, he received a doctor's degree from Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and carried out postdoctoral research in the same year at SPRing8, Institute of Physics and Chemistry of Japan. In 2015, he returned to China and was selected into the "Xinjiang Hundred Talents Program" and "Tianshan Excellent Youth Program", and served as the director of the biomedical engineering laboratory of Xinjiang Medical University. In 2019, he joined Shandong University of Technology and was selected into the "Shandong Provincial High level Talent Project Plan", established an advanced imaging and data mining laboratory, and carried out multi-dimensional and multi-scale imaging and biomedical applications; Development of intelligent platform for micro CT and NDT; Development of X-ray imaging materials and devices. At present, he has presided over 7 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, published more than 50 SCI papers, and served as reviewer of several SCI journals. He has served as a review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a review expert of the Chinese Postdoctoral Fund, a review expert of the Shandong Science and Technology Award, a member of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Cancer Imaging Technology Professional Committee, a standing director of the Shandong Optical Engineering Society, a standing director of the Xinjiang Physical Society, and a standing director of the Xinjiang Biophysics Society Member of the Standing Committee of the Xinjiang Branch of the Medical Engineering Committee of the Chinese Medical Association.
