Li Xiantai, founder and chairman of Zhejiang Erge Technology Co., Ltd.,is a Master of Engineering, Doctor of Philosophy, Post doctor of Management, Visiting Scholar of Oxford University in the United Kingdom, Senior Economist and Senior Engineer of Harvard University in the United States. He is also a member of the National Industry Standardization Committee, and member of the World Rail Transit Expert Council.
