The goal is to enhance the theoretical literacy of ideo-political course teachers, improve the quality of teaching, and build a team of outstanding ideo-political course teachers who are politically strong, deeply passionate, innovatively thinking, broadly visioned, strictly self-disciplined, and morally upright.
