The “Artificial Intelligence + Higher Education Symposium” was held at Taizhou University on November 13. The symposium was jointly organized by TU and the Taizhou Digital Economy Promotion Association. It brings together educational management leaders from three universities in the city, industry experts from iFLYTEK, and representatives from various sectors to explore new pathways for high-quality development in education. The symposium was presided over by Jin Yanxian, Director of the Science and Technology Department.

At the symposium, Chen Feifei, Regional Manager of the Higher Education Customer Group at iFLYTEK Zhejiang, delivered a keynote presentation on empowering the digital-intelligent transformation of higher education through general large models. Live demonstrations were conducted for several core products, including the iFLYTEK Smart Course Platform, the Spark Research Assistant, and the AI Examination System, showcasing comprehensive digital-intelligent solutions that cover the full scenario of “preparation, teaching, assessment, evaluation, and management.” During the interactive session, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on the application of artificial intelligence in curriculum development, scientific research innovation, and talent cultivation, reaching a consensus on “empowering educational innovation with technology.”
Aligned with the national strategy for digital education, the seminar served as a collaborative bridge between universities and technology enterprises. All attendees agreed to jointly promote the deep integration of AI technology with education and teaching, drive the high-quality development of regional higher education through digital-intelligent transformation, and cultivate more interdisciplinary talents for Taizhou’s digital economy industry.
