TU students win a gold award in National Industrial Design Competition

The team of Lv Xinwei, Tian Yuanyuan, and Hu Wenting, who are from the School of Art and Design at TU, won a Gold Award for their works Million Medical Miles in the China Universities Industrial Design Competition 2024. The winners of the competition have been recently announced.

The China Universities Industrial Design Competition is a prestigious event in China’s industrial design field. It has been organized under the guidance of the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education and hosted by the National Collaborative Innovation Platform for First-Class Industrial Design Programs. Held biennially, this year’s competition received over 40,000 entries, with only 20 projects nationwide receiving the gold award, resulting in a success rate of just 0.05%. Among fierce competition, Million Medical Miles stood out for its exceptional design and unique creativity, securing the top honor.
